Returns & Refunds Policy
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. Due to the nature of our items, we accept returns only in accordance with the conditions outlined below. We accept returns or exchanges for defective products only.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• No restocking fees apply
• Final sale items are not eligible for return
All return requests must be approved before items are sent back to us.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection
• Normal variations in colour, size, shape, or texture
• Wear and tear after use
• Final sale or clearance items
Please note that many of our products are natural or handmade. Minor variations are not considered defects.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
